AdP factory is a corporation that was established in 2007, focused in the production of 100% cotton knitted fabric garment.

During many years, the Management of the Company was oriented to foreign markets besides to local sales of cotton garments; however, with the pass of the years and because of the international and national preference obtained, the decision about getting into new markets was taken.

Nowadays, we have a work team working in Peru, a team having the same goal of exceeding the expectations of each costumer and that today is going into the great opportunities world.

CUTTING

The cutting process uses chalk for marking the fabric and Lectra generated patterns, which guarantees an excellent fabric use. With this information the patterns used for the automatic cut system are processed. This process is managed by our highly trained workers, reaching excellent results in efficiency and precision which enable us to fulfill the high demands of production of our customers.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

This is the most important part of the company; it is in charge of the reception of the technique specifications of our customers and makes the fabric development, colors patterns, embroidery and all the customer requirements, assuring the production of the requested items, blending the professionalism of our personnel with the state-of-art technology.

SEWING

For this process, in which the fabric becomes garments, we have selected trained personnel to produce Quality and Efficiency; we also have state-of-art machinery with personalized accessories for each type of procedure, which allows us to satisfy the requests of the most demanding of our customers in an excellent time.

Our personnel is the most important tool for the objective achievement of TOPITOP, that is the reason why we have a program of constant training.

Assurance of the textile quality

Our highly trained personnel in quality control check in a meticulous way the performance of the specific techniques of each style, by checking from the cut, going through the sewing and wash until the finishing fabric process.
